Our medical waste oil production unit has the following four major advantages:

I. Significant volume reduction. The final volume of treated material is approximately 0.5% of the initial volume; materials that can be treated include, but are not limited to, a wide variety of medical waste; and the nominal capacity of waste treatment is as high as 50-500 kg of waste/hour.

II. High degree of resource utilization. Organic materials in medical waste can be efficiently converted into liquid fuel oil, gas, etc., and heat energy can be recovered, while inorganic materials can be turned into metals, molten glassy substances, harmless ash, etc., which can be recycled and utilized, and the ash can also be used to make high-value by-products, which have very good economic benefits;

III. Harmlessness treatment is thorough. Low emission, environmental protection and safety, no air and surface water pollution, no furan, completely eliminate pathogenic microorganisms, no harm to the environment.

IV.  Efficient oil production. More than 95% of the product is liquid fuel oil, less than 1% is gas and purified exhaust gas, and the others are solid carbon residue and metal impurities, etc.
